The information of the participants who attend an event will be shared among the other participants. This information will only include the participant’s last name, first name and company. However, it is strictly prohibited to use this information for advertising purposes. The primary objective of sharing this information is to encourage networking and allow participants to contact one another.
The ZCA saves participant information to regularly inform them about news and events. The list may be shared with partners for the same purposes.

When you register for a subscription, such as our newsletter, it is important to provide a valid email address. In addition, the ZCA may supplement the email address with researched personal data and include it in our database, as well as the database of our founding partner. This allows us to provide you with regular updates and information about news and events. Remember, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time if you no longer wish to receive it.
